Dr. Suzanne Manzi

Dr. Suzanne Manzi prides herself on her compassionate concierge approach to pain management. She has been voted “Houston’s Top Doctors” by Houstonia magazine for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 and has also been named “2018 Top 3 Pain Management Doctors in Houston.” She strives to optimize patient's function and decrease pain after any setback utilizing her advanced training and diagnostic skills. She is trained in many high level minimally invasive procedures to help alleviate pain, and teaches these procedures around the country educating fellow physicians.

Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Dr. Manzi played NCAA Division 1 Basketball for the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). She completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine/ UT PM&R Alliance in 2009, followed by a fellowship at Michigan State University and Lansing Orthopedics in 2010, encompassing Interventional Spine, Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Pain Management. Dr. Manzi serves as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School.

She opened her own state of the art private practice in 2016, Performance Pain and Sports Medicine in Houston, Texas. Her practice offers a multitude of pain management procedures, along with physical therapy, regenerative medicine, and wellness, offering patients a full one-stop shop for all of their needs. In her free time, Dr. Manzi enjoys exercising, SCUBA diving, snow skiing, reading and traveling around the world, visiting friends and family.
