Dr. Goran Tesic earned his medical degree with honors from Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest, Hungary. He is a board-certified general and vascular surgeon withbroad exposure to endovascular and open vascular surgical procedures. He holds the additional qualification of Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation to offer a deep understanding of diagnostic ultrasound interpretations.

Dr. Tesic completed his general surgery residency through the Teaching Hospital of the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University in New York City. He completed his fellowship training in vascular surgery at Northwell Health Staten Island University Hospital in New York. He is a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery.

Dr. Tesic took an interest in surgery while watching his mother practice medicine during wartime in Bosnia. Dr. Tesic is fluent in Bosnian, Norwegian, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian. He also has intermediate fluency in German.
